  • Restrictions: Clients are not authorized to reproduce, redistribute, or modify any materials created by Nibble View for other commercial purposes without permission.

Limitation of Liability

  • No Warranty: Our digital marketing services are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind.
  • Limitation of Liability: Nibble View is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services provided.

Termination of Services

  • Termination by Client: Clients may terminate the service agreement with notice as specified in the agreement.
  • Termination by Us: Nibble View reserves the right to terminate services if the client fails to comply with the terms and conditions, makes false representations, or engages in illegal activities.
  • Consequences of Termination: Upon termination, any outstanding payments must be settled, and we will cease providing services immediately.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Pakistan.
